I hope you’ve had a restful Christmas and are finding your way gently into these strange, liminal days between years, when time feels a little softer and reflection comes more easily.

I want to let you know that I’ll be going live on YouTube this weekend, and I’d love for you to join me.

American Countess LIVE

Straight after our YouTube live for Mapperton Live, I’ll be switching over to the American Countess channel for a special end-of-year live session. We’ll be talking about:

• The year just gone:filming, writing, research, and travel

• The stories that resonated most deeply in 2025

• What’s coming next for American Countess

• Your questions, curiosities, and comments

I’ll also be teasing something we’ve been quietly building behind the scenes: a new project rooted in legacy, living history, and community.

It won’t be launching for a few weeks, but this felt like the right moment to begin opening the door.

This livestream is simply a chance to connect—to say thank you, to look back, and to look forward together.
